AI Mind Map

AI adoption does not succeed through technology alone, attitudes shape behaviour, and behaviour determines impact. AI Mind Map provides organisations with a structured, evidence‑based way to understand how employees perceive, engage with, and are motivated by AI. The assessment measures six behavioural dimensions: self‑efficacy, AI learning motivation, trust in AI, perceived impact of AI, perceived leadership support, and perceived value. Each dimension influences whether employees embrace AI tools, resist their use, or actively explore new possibilities. 

The assessment combines 27 Likert‑scale items and open‑ended prompts, requiring only 15–20 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymised and aggregated to protect privacy and encourage candid input. Results feed into a Power BI dashboard that reveals readiness trends at the team and organisational levels. Leaders can explore differences across teams, departments, seniority levels, genders, and age categories to understand where targeted interventions are most needed. Over time, periodic measurements allow organisations to track progress and evaluate the impact of change initiatives.
